1. Definitions


In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Streamline Suite.

  • “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any natural or legal person who uses our website or engages our services.

  • “Services” refers to all consulting, advisory, digital, or operational support activities provided by Streamline Suite.

  • “Agreement” means any contract, proposal, quotation, or correspondence confirmed between Streamline Suite and the Client.


By using our website or entering into an agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Application


These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between Streamline Suite BV and the Client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Any terms and conditions of the Client are expressly excluded.

3. Services


Streamline Suite provides procurement, operations, and process optimization consulting services, as well as digital tools, reporting, and project management support.

We perform our services with due care, based on the information and cooperation provided by the Client.

The Client remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information supplied.

4. Proposals and Offers


All offers and quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

An agreement is only established when the Client provides written or electronic confirmation (e.g., by email).

Prices stated in quotations exclude VAT and other applicable taxes unless specified.

5. Fees and Payment

  1. Fees may be calculated on a daily, hourly, or project basis, as agreed in advance.

  2. Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. Late payments automatically incur interest in accordance with the Belgian Law of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions, without prior notice.

  4. In case of non-payment, Streamline Suite reserves the right to suspend ongoing work until payment is received.

  5. All invoices are deemed accepted if no written objection is received within 8 calendar days of issuance.

6. Expenses and Travel Costs


Unless otherwise agreed, travel and accommodation costs related to on-site work are billed separately at the applicable rate (e.g., €0.40 per km for travel by car).

7. Confidentiality


Both parties agree to treat all commercial, strategic, or technical information shared during the collaboration as strictly confidential.

This obligation continues for three (3) years after termination of the agreement.


Streamline Suite may, with prior consent, use the Client’s name and logo for reference purposes (e.g., portfolio or case studies).

8. Intellectual Property


All materials, analyses, reports, templates, and digital content created by Streamline Suite remain our intellectual property, unless explicitly transferred in writing.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.

Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability

  1. Streamline Suite performs all assignments to the best of its professional ability but cannot guarantee specific results.

  2. Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment and shall never exceed €10,000 per incident.

  3. Streamline Suite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm.

  4. The Client remains responsible for the implementation and use of our recommendations.

10. Force Majeure


Streamline Suite cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, network outages, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

In such cases, the Client cannot claim damages, and both parties may agree to postpone or terminate the contract.

11. Termination

  1. Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice period of 30 days.

  2. Streamline Suite may terminate immediately if:


    • the Client fails to pay invoices on time,

    • the Client breaches confidentiality, or

    • collaboration becomes impossible for objective reasons.


  3. Work performed up to the termination date will be invoiced in full.

12. Data Protection (GDPR)


Streamline Suite processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction


All agreements and disputes are governed by Belgian law.

In case of dispute, the courts of West Flanders (Bruges) have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Severability


If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
